Processing Time

  • All orders require 1–3 business days for confirmation, quality check, and shipment preparation.

  • During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Shipping Times

Once processed, estimated shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • We recommend monitoring the tracking updates regularly to stay informed about your delivery status.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • We make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes; however, delays may occur due to customs checks, weather conditions, courier capacity, or other external factors beyond our control.

  • QuelleClasse is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

    • Delays caused by customs, strikes, or courier disruptions.

    • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier but lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If a package is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@quelleclasse.com for investigation.

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend the product at no additional cost.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled and disputes will not be accepted unless clear contrary proof is provided.

Address Changes After Shipping

  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure your details at checkout are accurate before placing your order.

Refunds and Cancellations Related to Shipping

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

  • Some orders may be shipped within 12–24 hours, making timely cancellations impossible.

  • Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Refunds or returns are not accepted for delays within the estimated shipping timeframe.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.
