We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee only for items that are defective or incorrect.
Returns or exchanges due to size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind are not accepted, as detailed size charts are available on every product page to help you choose the correct size before purchasing.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that do not fit or if the wrong size was ordered.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by misuse.

How To Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping

All returns must be sent exclusively to our Central International Warehouse.

Returns sent to our company headquarters or any other address will not be processed, as these locations are administrative offices only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not due to our error.

If the item received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of the replacement.

All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. QuelleClasse cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or untraceable returns.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received at our Central International Warehouse and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued once the item is inspected and confirmed as defective or incorrect.

Returns for size, fit, colour, or preference reasons will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Exchanges for different sizes, colours, or preferences are not available.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

If you wish to cancel immediately after purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
